The Oxford Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) Research Surveillance Centre (RSC) is recruiting practices to participate in a study to determine whether a personalised ‘bite-sized’ audit based education package delivered via a practice dashboard and online education tools can lead to improvements in the implementation of National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) ‘Do-Not-Do’ recommendations in people with cardiometabolic comorbidities.
This study will be a 12-month cluster randomised controlled trial. Participating practices will be randomly selected to either an intervention or control group. Intervention practices will receive an ABE package, whilst practice in the control arm will continue with their usual care.
