Material Request Form - Update

We're no longer accepting material requests for the IID3 study as sampling has now ceased, thank you so much for your support for this study.

From 28 August 2025, we will order surveillance serology and virology materials on behalf of practices. This is aligned to new sampling targets for 2025-26. We are emailing all sampling practices to confirm sampling targets and supply of materials from 29 August 2025.
