I have also been responsible for weekly respiratory disease surveillance reporting and dashboard development in collaboration with the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA). Please find a list of dashboards and observatories where I was the technical author:
MONITORY Dashboard, UKHSA Virology Dashboard, Virology Dashboard, Virology Observatory, COVID-19 Dashboard, Serology Observatory, Serology Dashboard, Atrial Fibrillation Observatory, Social Prescribing Observatory, Social Prescribing Map, Social Prescribing Dashboard, Social Needs Observatory, Social Needs Dashboard, Non-Medical Interventions Observatory, Non-Medical Interventions Dashboard, PRINCIPLE Trial Observatory, and the PRINCIPLE Trial Dashboard.
In the past I provided data-cuts from the Oxford-Royal College of General Practitioners Clinical Informatics Digital Hub (ORCHID) for statistical analysis for a range of research studies, and played my part in COVID-19 pandemic research. I have been a dissertation project tutor for the inaugural cohort of the MSc in Applied Digital Health in 2023.
I have a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry and Master’s in Translational Clinical Science from University College London. Prior to joining Oxford in 2019, I was a Statistician, and began my career in health data management and analysis in 2012.
