I work in the Research & Surveillance Centre's practice liaison team, working closely with UK based general practices to support their involvement in public health surveillance and research.

I completed a mixed methods PhD from the University of Warwick in 2023. The focus of my PhD research was on digital triage in urgent care. My research interests include improving patient experience and health outcomes through digital health systems.
